Learn how to build your own mini greenhouse or cold frame, just in time for spring!
Richard Eshelman will demonstrate how to construct a Magic Garden Tetrahedron. These deceptively simple structures can be configured in many different shapes for small or large spaces, and they store flat when not in use.
At the workshop you may choose to make:
- A mini mini-greenhouse frame out of straws and string for FREE
- A 4-inch bamboo model you can take home as a toy for $5
- A 4-foot frame out of 1-inch PVC pipe and durable rope for $30
- A 6-foot frame for $50
Cover it with plastic, and it’ll keep your spring plants warm. You may order custom mini-greenhouse covers made of high-quality greenhouse plastic or use your own material.
During the workshop, Richard will demonstrate how to use a 6-foot Magic Garden Tetrahedron, which he will donate to the Ithaca Children’s Garden. Plus, you can bid to win a 4-foot model!
To register, email info@greentreegardensupply.com and specify the size structure you’d like to build by March 16.
Drop by GreenTree any time to check out examples of the mini-greenhouse!
