GreenTree's compressed coconut coir is a premium washed, organic, low-EC coconut coir which makes an excellent soil amendment or standalone growing media. Each coco block expands to approximately 2.5 cubic feet hydrated.  After expanding, add it to your potting mixes or garden soil to improve its texture and ability to hold water. OMRI and RHP registered. 

Coco is a sustainable alternative to peat. Coco holds moisture without water-logging.

Directions: Soak the block with 6-8 gallons of water to hydrate. Allow the block to stand for approximately 20 hours to get maximum expansion. It's ready to use when it's wet through and breaks apart. GreenTree Naked Block™ has a pH of 5.0-7.0 and an EC of less than 0.5
